SUBJECT: REQUESTING SPONSORSHIP FOR JIPTA BAZAR & DEEPAVALI FESTIVAL

We pleased to announce that the preparations for the Jipta Bazar & Deepavali Festival are well underway!

Before we elaborate regard the function we apologies to your good self for unable to meet personally and submit this letter. However we like to meet and discuss further once you give an appointment to us.

Jipta (Johor Indian Petty Traders & Small Business Association) is a non-profit organization aiming to present the best Deepavali Bazar & Festival from 1^st October 2019 to 26^th October 2019 at Giant Hypermarket, Open Car Park, Tampoi, Johor Bahru to raise money for our association activities and community social projects.

More than 100 traders will take part at Bazar Deepavali and selling various products such as Indian sweets, cloths, prayer items, Hendy craft, electrical appliance, promotion products and many more items and estimated more than 100,000 people will visit this festival.

Indian traditional and modern culture show, Deepavali Saree Queen Contest, Ethnic Wear for Men contest and children fancy dress competition will be held during these festivals.

As for our social responsibility we also will planing to provide:-

1.Hampers and small amount of cash as Angpau to all the children in children ward at Hospital Sultanah Aminah, Johor Bahru,        Jalan Persiaran Abu Bakar Sultan, 80100 Johor Bahru, Johor.

2.Giving lunch to the multiracial orphanage home and having a magic show to cheer them.

3.Distributing Hampers with Deepavali needs to 300 single mothers around Pulai Parliament area.

“Test of India” is the theme of the Jipta Bazar & Deepavali Festival. It is a celebration of the uniqueness of our Indian spirituality, the vitality and resilience of our spirit and values. For three weekends Johoreans and tourists will have the opportunity to live the Magic of our unique cultural expressions – from the invigorating musical rhythm of our traditional music to the amazing modern jazz.
